Malaysia is a country that also has plenty of tourist spots in Asia. Malaysia are consists of thirteen states and three federal territories in Southeastern Asia with a total of land area of 329,847 square kilometers. Malaysia's capital city is Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya as the seat of the federal government.

Malaysia's name was adopted in the year 1963 when the Federation of Malaysia, Singapore, North Borneo and Sarawak had formed the 14 state federation.The Philippines once contemplated to name their state "Malaysia" but Malaysia adopted the name first in 1963 before the Philippines could act further on the matter.

Malaysia was known as one of the fastest growing tourist spots in Asia. There are huge number of tourists from all over the world every year. Some of Malaysia's tourist attractions are Mulu Caves Natural Park. It is known as the longest networks of caves in the world. One of the well known caves Malaysia is the Sarawak Chamber. It is known as the largest underground chamber.

From the point of view of the tourist, beaches are the most popular of all the tourist spots. In Malaysia, there are lot of beaches that can be found.

One good example is the Pantai Cenang. It is known for its fine powdery sand beach fringed by coconut trees and casuarinas and it streches for 2kms and it is lined with a mix of resorts, luxury hotels, chalets and restaurants.

Another tourist spot is the Pantai Merdeka. It is in the Kuala Muda district that is about 30 kilometers from Sungai Petani. Pantai Merdeka atrracts huge numbers of crowds every weekends because of its long, white, sandy beaches.

In Kelantan, tourists can find the beach of the whispering breeze (Pantai Bisikan Bayu). It is located near Semerak in Pasir Putih. It is about 50 kilometers from Kota Baru. Its beach is shaded by tall casuarinas, making it an ideal tourist spot for picnic.

Damai Beach is also one of the wonderful beach can be found in Sarawak Malaysia. A combination of white sandy beaches facing the South China Sea and the luscious tropical rainforest walks and Mount Santubong dominating the horizon. A tourists will certainly be kept amused with the sorts of variety of entertainment pleasures and the glorious variety.

The best regional industrial park was also found in Malaysia. It is located in Port Klang Malaysia. It was previously managed by Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA), however it is taken over and rebranded by local company in 2007.
